  1. First and last name, postal code, e-mail address, telephone number, outbound and return flight numbers, password, model, color and license plate of the vehicle entrusted to us, and credit/debit card or other payment information; 
  2. History of bookings or attempted bookings ; 
  3. The information you enter about your travel preferences in your ARENA PARK.CH
  4. Information about your purchases of the Service from our trusted partners; 
  5. Information relating to your use of our website and/or mobile application. This includes a unique identifier stored in your cookies;

We will only process your personal data to the extent permitted by law. The legal basis will vary depending on the purposes for which we have collected and need to use your personal data. 

In the majority of cases, we need your personal data in order to make a Reservation, to conclude a contract with you and to execute said contract. 

We will not keep your data longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed. To determine the appropriate retention period, we take into account the quantity, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the purposes for which we process it and the possibility of achieving these purposes by other means. 

We archive the personal data of closed accounts according to the rules applicable to the protection of your data only in order to comply with the law, prevent fraud, recover sums due, settle disputes, resolve technical problems, participate in investigations, apply our Terms and Conditions   and take any other   measure authorized by the law. 

Security of your personal data
