Official parking lots are managed by Geneva Airport. They are closer to Terminal 1, but also often more expensive. Private parking lots have developed in response to customer demand, with a more diversified offer and additional services. They are further from Terminal 1, but the shuttle service more than makes up for this. ArenaPark is located 3 minutes from the airport by free shuttle bus.

Our rates start from CHF 10 for one day. Each booking is subject to a handling fee of CHF 40.
The following methods of payment are available:

  • Credit card,
  • PostFinance card,
  • TWINT application,
  • PostFinancePay application.

Our shuttles run every day between 3.45am and 1.30am. They connect the parking lot to the airport in just 3 minutes.
When you make your reservation, please indicate the pick-up time you require, on arrival and return. The shuttle will be available.

ArenaPark is accessible between 3.45am and 1.30am. As the airport is closed for a few hours at night, between midnight and 4am, we have aligned our timetable with that of the airport.

Freeway vignette: Not necessary, depending on the route you choose. To avoid buying a vignette, take the last exit before freeway customs. Depending on where you’re coming from, you can then pass through either Ferney-Voltaire or St Julien-en-Genevois customs.

Mandatory booking: online booking is mandatory. Our website allows you to book online in just a few clicks, at any time of day, at least 24 hours before departure. An email will then be sent to you to confirm your booking and send you your invoice.

Last-minute bookings: you can book by phone at least 3 hours before takeoff, by calling +41 22 840 8350 or +41 79 170 8350022 840. Available seats are not guaranteed.

Reservation process:

  • Step 1: Access our online booking form and enter your arrival and departure dates, which will give you an initial idea of the amount you’ll need to pay.
  • Step 2: Complete the rest of the form with your personal details, vehicle information, arrival and departure flight dates and times, and any additional services.
  • Step 3: Pay the amount indicated.
  • Step 4: You receive confirmation by email.

Booking in advance: we advise you to book as far in advance as possible to guarantee a place, especially during busy periods (school vacations, public holidays, long weekends).

Yes, all vehicles are accepted in our parking lot for the same price.
The maximum height of a covered parking lot is 2.10 metres.
For open-air parking, there is no height limit, and vehicles must not exceed 3.50 meters in width.

Case 1: cancellation or modification before 48 hours: You can modify or cancel your booking by e-mail (infoarenapark@gmail.com) or by telephone (+41 228408350) up to 48 hours before your flight.
A partial refund is possible before the 48-hour deadline. However, as indicated in our General Terms and Conditions, the handling fee (CHF 40) will not be refunded. Partial refunds are made within 30 working days.

Case 2: cancellation or modification within 48 days: no refund will be made.

ArenaPark’s basic services include:

  • outdoor parking,
  • shuttle bus to the airport,
  • valet parking.

Additional services include :

  • covered parking,
  • Vehicle cleaning (interior, exterior or complete),
  • A visual inspection on arrival, or “inventory of fixtures”.

The choice is yours:

  • or park your vehicle yourself,
  • or you drop it off at the parking lot entrance and our valet parking service parks it in its final location.

A visual inspection is very useful if the bodywork of your vehicle is damaged while parked in our parking lot. This inspection is carried out when you arrive. When you pick up your vehicle, we check that it is in the same condition. In the event of damage, ArenaPark undertakes to pay for all damage to the vehicle’s bodywork.

ArenaPark accepts no liability for storms, hail and other damage caused by natural causes.

In case of delay, please inform us as soon as possible on the valet’s cell phone mentioned on your booking confirmation.

A penalty of CHF 40 will be applied. In addition, the amount of your reservation will be recalculated according to the additional parking time.

If you have subscribed to the “visual inspection” service, ArenaPark is responsible for your vehicle from the moment you give us the keys until we return them to you. We will then take care of all bodywork repairs.

If you have not subscribed to this option, ArenaPark declines all responsibility.

The condition does not apply in the event of storm, hail or other damage due to natural causes. ArenaPark declines all responsibility.

The customer leaves the vehicle registration document (or vehicle registration document) and the pollution certificate (for Swiss-registered vehicles only) in the vehicle’s glove compartment, so that ArenaPark can move the vehicle legally.

A refund is possible in the following cases:

  • The customer cancels or modifies his reservation more than 48 hours before his scheduled arrival. The refund is always partial, as the booking fee (CHF 40) remains due.
  • The customer picks up the vehicle more than 5 days before the scheduled return date. In this case, the refund will be 50%, as a gesture of goodwill.

No refunds will be made in the following cases:

  • The customer cancels or modifies his reservation less than 48 hours before his initially scheduled arrival (except in the case of flight cancellation);
  • The customer picks up his vehicle less than 5 days before the scheduled return date.

Here are the refund terms and conditions:
Refunds for reservations are made in the form of acredit in the loyalty account, which can be consulted in the customer area.
At the customer’s request and by email, refunds can be made to the credit card of the customer who made the reservation.
