How long does it take to get from the parking lot to the airport?
Shuttle buses take you from the parking lot to the airport in just 3 minutes.
Do I need a freeway sticker to access the parking lot?
A vignette is not compulsory. To avoid it, use the last exit before the customs post on the freeway. Depending on where you’re coming from, you can pass through either Ferney-Voltaire or Saint-Julien-en-Genevois customs.
What types of vehicles are accepted in your parking lot?
Our parking lot accepts cars, vans, motorcycles and motorhomes at the same rate.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
To modify or cancel your booking, please contact us by e-mail at infoarenapark@gmail.com or by telephone on +41 228408350, up to 48 hours before your flight. A refund is possible if the request is made before this deadline.
How do I get my vehicle back?
On your return, a valet will drop off your vehicle in the outdoor parking lot and hand you the keys in person.
